Dr. Rana Rashed
B.A.; PgDip. Psychology; D.Clin. Psychology;
Dr. Rana Rashed is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist who has been working in the NHS for the last 19 years. She is currently working in community services as a Lead for Psychological Therapies (West London Mental Health Trust). She is an advanced Schema Therapist and Supervisor and is a trained Group Schema Therapist. Her interests are in working with Complex Trauma and Personality Disorders, in particular Borderline Personality Disorder. She is co-author of a Chapter on Schema Therapy in Windy Dryden's 'Cognitive Behaviour Therapies'. Her other specialist areas include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Psychosis. She also takes a lead role in the Trust training Health and social Care Professionals and teams in psychological therapies.
Dr. Konstantina Kolonia

Dr. Konstantina Kolonia is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and an Advanced Schema Therapist and Supervisor highly specialised in personality and eating disorders as well as trauma. She is also registered as a Counselling Psychologist with the Health Professions Council in the UK, the British Psychological Society and the European Association of Counselling Psychology.
Over the last 13 years Konstantina has worked extensively in various adult mental health settings in the NHS, as well as the forensic and voluntary sectors in North West and West London. These have included prison and school settings, substance misuse day programs, primary/secondary care and specialist services including those for clients with personality, eating disorders and adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and/or rape.
She has been trained and supervised in Schema Therapy by Vartouhi Ohanian and has worked with her over many years at the Department of Clinical Psychology and the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Service, Lakeside Mental Health Unit, West London Mental Health NHS Trust. In 2010, she also completed her training in Group Schema Therapy by Dr Joan Farrell and Ida Shaw.
Konstantina is currently working in community settings (West London Mental Health Trust) with patients experiencing severe and enduring mental health difficulties. She is also supervising mental health professionals as part of either their clinical /specialist training or their accreditation as schema therapists by the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST). Konstantina can offer therapy/supervision in English and Greek.

Dr. Helen Kyritsi
B.Sc.(Hons.) Psychology; D.Clin.Psychology
Dr. Helen Kyritsi is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and advanced Schema Therapist and Supervisor. She has been working in community mental health teams for over 8 years in West London Mental Health Trust, specialising in the provision of evidence-based psychological therapies for clients with severe and enduring mental health problems, and on the whole has served in the NHS for over 13 years.
Helen has developed a specialist interest in the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder as well as Complex Trauma and Childhood Abuse. She is also trained in Group Schema Therapy. Other areas of interest include Adult Autism and Psychosis. Over the years, she has played a significant role in advocating for and contributing towards service development for people with PD diagnoses, autistic spectrum conditions, as well as social inclusion and recovery.
Dr. Thom Irelan
B.A. Psychology; M.A. Counselling Psychology: Ph.D. Counselling Psychology
Dr. Irelan is a chartered counselling psychologist, HCPC registered practitioner psychologist and a certified schema therapist. He achieved certification in 2010 after doing his experiential/didactic training in New York with Jeffrey Young, the originator of the model.
He has a B.A. in psychology from Wabash College and a Ph.D. in counselling psychology from Southern Illinois University. He has over 25 years' clinical experience in a variety of settings in both the USA and Scotland which includes university counselling centres, community mental health centres, private practice and the NHS. He is currently splitting his time between private work and the NHS. He has also taught at university in the USA and offers regular teaching in the advanced practice seminars at Edinburgh University and Glasgow Caledonian University. He regularly offers clinical supervision to other mental health professionals and is qualified to provide supervision towards certification in schema therapy. He specialises in schema therapy, work with trauma survivors, and group therapy. In his leisure time he likes to read, play golf, take photographs, travel, and spend time outdoors with his dog.
